Redbridge

This is a triangular shaped site. A planning permission has been obtained for the redevelopment of the site to provide for a ground floor retail unit and 9 apartments on the upper floors. Construction is due to commence in June 2019 and completion of the development is expected to be in June 2023.

A small boutique hotel which we acquired and comprehensively refurbished to provide a stylish hotel with 38 rooms.

Southend

An 8 storey vacant office tower in prime location within Southend Town Centre together with retail units on the ground floor. Planning has been granted to convert the offices to provide 140 apartments and 3 additional floors of hotel use. A deal with a major hotel chain has already been signed up. In addition a deal has been agreed with a major Gym operator for part of the commercial.
